We are seeking a Nurse Practioner (NP) to work at one of our partner facilities. We are looking for a Nurse Pracitioner to work full-time at the Veterans Home in Manteno, IL. The job duties are primarily primary care for a patient population of adult men and women ages 70-90 years old. The schedule is Monday-Friday, 8am-4:30pm.
