Job Description Domino’s Customer Service Representative (CSR) Pay: $15.92 per hour We’re looking for friendly, dependable team members to provide excellent customer service and help keep our store running smoothly. Responsibilities • Greet customers and take orders in person and over the phone. • Enter orders accurately and process payments. • Prepare pizzas and other menu items according to Domino’s standards. • Follow food safety procedures and maintain a clean work area. • Restock ingredients, supplies, and packaging. • Assist with customer questions and resolve concerns professionally. • Work with the team to complete orders accurately and on time. Qualifications • Positive attitude and strong customer service skills. • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. • Dependable attendance and willingness to work a flexible schedule. • No experience required; training provided.
